Dopo aver completato la nuova serie di Psylocke già pubblicata in Italia da Panini, Vincenzo è subito passato a Hulk Smash Everything, miniserie che vede il Gigante di Giada impegnato a prendere a pugni ogni cosa! (Spoiler: Vincenzo è anche il creatore del design “venomizzato” di Black Cat in Death of the Venomverse)
Per l’occasione, oltre a potervi far firmare Psylocke, Hulk e Blood Hunt, potrete ricevere anche un doodle dall’autore. Per garantirvi il disegno procederemo, come di consueto, con prenotazione tramite #eventbrite . Terminate le prenotazioni si procederà a seconda del tempo disponibile e del volere dell’autore riguardo i doodle.

Throwback Thursday: Hulk Survives the Dinosaur-Killer Impact ☄️🔥🧪

From the pages of Hulk: Smash Everything 2 (out yesterday) — Hulk is on Earth when the Chicxulub asteroid hits… and he lives through the extinction event that erased the dinosaurs.
.
The first page lays it out: ~75% of species are about to die, an asteroid bigger than Mount Everest is tearing in at supersonic speed toward the Yucatán, and in moments it’ll send molten rock raining from the sky, plus apocalyptic earthquakes, eruptions, and megatsunamis that rush across the planet.
.
For more science: the impactor is estimated around 10–15 km (6–9 miles) wide, moving roughly 20 km/second (12 miles per second / ~45,000 mph), and it blasted out a crater about 180 km (~110 miles) across.
.
That “molten rock raining from the skies” part is ejecta: pulverized rock gets launched high into the atmosphere, then comes screaming back down and kicks off a world-scale heat pulse — like the planet getting hit with the broiler from above.

Now put Hulk in the middle of it. To survive, his body has to endure two nightmare forces at once:
.
Crushing shockwaves — a moving wall of pressure that can wreck bodies internally (lungs, organs, everything) just from the blast and pressure swing.
.
Flash-melting heat — the kind of heat that can melt/vaporize rock near ground zero, meaning any living thing should be instantly cooked.
.
And the pages show how he makes it: Hulk isn’t “hurt and then heals later.” He’s actively burning apart — skin cooking off, nerves screaming — and his healing factor keeps rebuilding him in real time, faster than the extinction event can finish the job. His often-indestructible purple pants are not so lucky.

All of this didn’t kill the Hulk. It only made him angrier… and made him want to smash everything that was left.
