Autocross number 5. My first time running with SCCA and frankly, they’re a different breed of competition. It was an educational day, learned a lot, and I was able to feel my new suspension and tires at their limit (RCE Fr and R swaybars/endlinks + Falken RT615k+). It was a hot day at 94° and my tires were experiencing less grip as the day went on. Maybe next time I’ll try spraying them with water. Nonetheless it’s all about the fun, and I had a blast! Next, Streets of Willow with upgraded brake pads. It’s time to get off of these street/OEM pads.

Upgraded to TDMI track pads for the VB in the front. And EBC Blue Stuff pads in the rear. I’ll keep it short, the previous pads could not keep up in autox whatsoever; I now have complete faith and confidence that this set up will withstand constant repetitive use for my upcoming track day. What a relief! That being said, I am extremely happy with the way the car feels now. Let’s fucking goooo! 🏁
