This one means so much to me. Honestly, itās been a long time coming. One of those real āpinch meā moments.
Iāve spent years watching some of my inspirations photograph almost every big festival in the country, even the world, wondering how they did it.
The truth?
Thereās no magic formula ā itās networking, consistency, graft, and not giving up when things donāt go your way.
And now⦠me. Shooting an entire festival. Thatās wild to say out loud.
If youāve got a crazy dream in your head, know that itās possible. It doesnāt happen overnight. It takes patience, long nights, and putting your head down even when nothing seems to be moving. After 10 years, I finally hit one of my biggest goals.
Sometimes I donāt stop to reflect ā I just keep it moving. But right now, I have to appreciate this. From teaching myself how to use a camera through YouTube videos, to this moment⦠itās surreal.
Massive thanks to my parents for being my biggest supporters (and harshest critics when needed), Fix Fest for trusting me with their vision, and even a follower of mine who actually recommended me for this job šš¾. It means more than I can put into words.
This journey hasnāt been easy ā Iāve faced rejections, failures, redirections, and even moments of giving up. But the one thing that never fully left me was self-belief. Thatās what kept me going through adversity.
Iāve had to redefine what āsuccessā means to me so many times, and Iām now living some of the dreams I had when I first picked up a camera. Life doesnāt always go how you plan it, but if you stick at something long enough, youāll reap the fruits of your labour.
