Lead photographer for @fixfestuk … whatttt šŸŽ‰ This one means so much to me. Honestly, it’s been a long time coming. One of those real ā€œpinch meā€ moments. I’ve spent years watching some of my inspirations photograph almost every big festival in the country, even the world, wondering how they did it. The truth? There’s no magic formula — it’s networking, consistency, graft, and not giving up when things don’t go your way. And now… me. Shooting an entire festival. That’s wild to say out loud. If you’ve got a crazy dream in your head, know that it’s possible. It doesn’t happen overnight. It takes patience, long nights, and putting your head down even when nothing seems to be moving. After 10 years, I finally hit one of my biggest goals. Sometimes I don’t stop to reflect — I just keep it moving. But right now, I have to appreciate this. From teaching myself how to use a camera through YouTube videos, to this moment… it’s surreal. Massive thanks to my parents for being my biggest supporters (and harshest critics when needed), Fix Fest for trusting me with their vision, and even a follower of mine who actually recommended me for this job šŸ™šŸ¾. It means more than I can put into words. This journey hasn’t been easy — I’ve faced rejections, failures, redirections, and even moments of giving up. But the one thing that never fully left me was self-belief. That’s what kept me going through adversity. I’ve had to redefine what ā€œsuccessā€ means to me so many times, and I’m now living some of the dreams I had when I first picked up a camera. Life doesn’t always go how you plan it, but if you stick at something long enough, you’ll reap the fruits of your labour. The marathon continues. šŸ . . . #themarathoncontinuesšŸ #goddid #bigmilestone #photographer #photography #fixfest2025

The young T and Bugsey show was a big milestone for me as these were some of the artists I grew up listening too from notts having come from London in 018 and now in the same room as them taking photos of them and having the chance to meet them . But it wasn’t always like this coming into music photography I didn’t have a clue what I was doing or how I was even going to get here it’s been a long journey and a lot of challenges, mistakes , deleted images and to be honest with you a bit of luck which has come from my persistence and trying to think outside of the box with my images . Being at the show made me reflect and look back at where I started and what’s next for me in this space because to be honest with you I’m not in the industry I’m just a photographer that loves taking photos of musicians and telling stories through my experiences and I don’t think it’ll change even when I have grey hairs šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚. What I’m trying to say is even though I have taken photos of majority of artists I would like and got to access too I still have days were I’m not sure when my next gig is or how I’m getting into that show or who I can ask because of how saturated this industry is and demand for content these days . It was my dream to have my own pictures of artists I photographed over the years and ones that were recognised by others but thinking about it now the dream doesn’t always have to be materialistic things but it can simply be the journey you are taken on to achieve those goals and keep climbing and inspiring others to give it a go because failing is cool as-long as you keep moving and learning. Shoutout @youngtandbugsey manager for the opportunity and of course you guys that look at my work I appreciate it . Shout me if you need any photos for shows and we can have a chat in the DMs . . . . #cantrushgreatness #nottingham #rescueroomsnottingham #musicphotographyšŸ“· #youngtandbugsey #rescueroomsnottingham #photography #photographer

Last weekend I went down to the @championeurope store to photograph @fdfromthefuture pop-up event for his collection with @championeurope Ended up meeting Knucks too and got the chance to take some photos of him. The event was sick free food, drinks, and it was good seeing the community come out for @fdfromthefuture and showing love. Big up Knucks for letting me photograph him, been one of my favourite artists since 017. Grateful for moments like this….

Monday night at @boxparkwembley was a surreal experience getting to shoot @neyo and then seeing him perform in person after listening to his music for nearly 20 years. It’s crazy how some artists become part of the soundtrack to people’s lives, relationships, and even their sense of self-worth. @neyo is definitely one of those legends of R&B, and seeing him live while capturing the moment was something I won’t forget. āœØšŸŽ¶šŸ“ø #Neyo #WembleyPark #RnBLegend #LiveMusicPhotography #concertphotography

full circle moment. I was 8 years old watching @usainbolt on TV, cheering for Jamaica in my living room, shouting at the screen as he broke records. That was the first time I was introduced to him, and I remember how inspired I felt just watching him run. With Jamaican parents, it meant even more pride, identity, and greatness all coming through a TV screen. Bolt wasn’t just a figure to me. He was someone I idolised the greatest at what he did. Even though I couldn’t sprint, after watching a couple of his races it genuinely made you think you could too lol. Back then, I never imagined I’d meet him, let alone photograph him. He felt untouchable, someone you only ever see from a distance unless you got incredibly lucky. Yesterday, I was lucky. I met him. I photographed him. And I was in the right place at the right time. Anything is possible. Be a little crazy. But try your best. This one’s for 14 year old me, figuring it out with a camera and a dream.
