This is "Apicus 1" from a body of work called "Nothing Is Disposable." named after the western worlds first known cookbook. It speaks to our industrial food complex, to the way that we process, package and consume our food and the lasting impact on our bodies and our environment.
If you're interested in understanding more, especially about the impacts of micro plastics I recommend a documentary called "The Plastic Detox." available to stream on Netflix.
