Amigas, ahora sí: me despido de Instagram (al menos de este perfil personal).
Son muchas las razones para tomar esta decisión: el carácter fascista de esta app (piénsalo), la adicción que me genera y el tiempo que me roba —tiempo que prefiero dedicar a cuidar mis plantas 🌱 o tomar un café con amigues— y, sobre todo, porque estoy harta de que la comunicación de mi trabajo tenga que pasar por aquí.
Así que me lanzo, entre acojonada y aliviada. Alivio, como el del apagón aquel que nos dejó atender durante horas a cosas mucho más divertidas que unos reels, y miedo por no saber aún cómo compartiré mi trabajo a partir de ahora (mi vida personal ya ni me preocupa tanto).
De momento dejo el perfil abierto un tiempo para que quien no tenga otra forma de contacto pueda ver este post. En el enlace de mi bio encontraréis mi mail y otras formas de seguir en contacto.

Friends, this is it: I’m saying goodbye to Instagram (at least from this personal account).
There are many reasons behind this decision: the fascist nature of this app (think about it), the addiction it creates, and the time it steals from me — time I’d rather spend caring for my plants or having coffee with friends — and, above all, because I’m tired of having to channel my work communication through here.
So I’m taking the leap — somewhere between terrified and relieved. Like during that Spanish blackout, when we finally got to focus on things way more fun than endless reels And yes, a bit scared too, because I still don’t know how I’ll share my work from now on (my personal life doesn’t feel that urgent to share anymore).
