It’s been a while since I’ve drilled the snatch. Lots of different variations of 4’s, 3’s, and 2’s today. I don’t oly lift often anymore. I don’t see a ton of benefit in doing it regularly or going heavy if your goal is fitness, but sprinkling it in here and there and focusing on quality movement is a ton fun!
I was cleaning out my drive storage this morning and found this gem from 2015. Man, those were the days! We didn’t really follow any thought out training program. Just lifted heavy, trained hard, and ate a shitload of Dairy Queen. 😂
What a time. Cant believe this was 11 years ago! This video got me fired up to workout again. Miss training with my pals. I want to be like 21 year old me when I grow up. 🥲
