The last couple of weeks have been filled with energy, laughter, tears, dancing, stories, and so much love. Celebrating Vanja turning 40 and marking one year in the clear after her fight with Stage 4 ovarian cancer has been just beyond.
She’s taken something that could have broken her and turned it into a catalyst for change; she’s invested herself in making a difference not just in her own journey to health but for others walking the same path; this woman is a force. 💪🏻 🔥
These moments remind you what really matters; the friendships that become family, the people who hold you up when life gets heavy, and the connections that give everything meaning.🫶🏻

This month, I’m Frocking Up for Australia’s most fun and fashionable fundraiser in aid of ovarian cancer research.
For too long, ovarian cancer has been considered the silent killer—but Frocktober is all about turning heads and sparking conversations. By frocking up, we raise awareness of the symptoms and the urgent need to accelerate research to change the story. Ovarian cancer is still the most lethal gynaecological cancer, with a five-year survival rate of less than 50%.

This is VERY personal. Feeling helpless with a stage 4 diagnosis, I have found immense purpose in fundraising to hopefully find breakthroughs that prevent other women from having to go through what I have endured.
