Thought loops are repetitive, cyclical patterns of thinking that can make it hard to break free from certain thoughts or worries. These loops often occur when someone gets stuck on a specific idea, fear, or problem, and keeps replaying it over and over in their mind. This can lead to anxiety, stress, or frustration, as the person feels like they can’t escape these thoughts. It’s a bit like being caught in a mental “hamster wheel,” where you’re going in circles without making any real progress. Managing thought loops typically involves strategies like mindfulness, challenging the thought patterns, or distraction techniques to interrupt the cycle.#music #engagementbait #guitar #drums #bass #rock #alt #indy #art #mindfulness #woke #cringe #chopped #mustard

Love is often understood as a deep connection built on care, trust, and respect, rather than just strong emotion. It can show up as affection between people, loyalty among friends, or support within families, and it usually involves choosing to value someone else’s well-being alongside your own. Love isn’t always dramatic or perfect; it grows through patience, understanding, and shared experiences, especially during difficult moments. At its core, love gives people a sense of belonging and meaning, helping them feel seen, supported, and less alone. #engagementbait
今日、私は未来を覗き見た 鎖を 断ち切って 持ち物を分解して 息を 追いかけて 私の欠片をポケットに忍ばせて 私を 見透かして あらゆる可能性を秘めた永遠の中で そして私は分裂し始める
Japanese rock developed from Western rock influences in the 1960s and 70s, with early bands proving that rock could work naturally in Japanese, then expanded into a major mainstream force in the 1980s and 90s through polished, melody-driven “J-rock” alongside the theatrical visual kei movement, which combined rock or metal with dramatic fashion and performance. Alongside the mainstream, Japan built a deep underground scene encompassing punk, hardcore, noise, post-rock, math rock, and shoegaze, supported by a strong live house culture and a willingness to experiment. From the 2000s onward, Japanese rock increasingly blended with pop, electronic music, and anime culture, while some bands gained international audiences through touring and streaming. Overall, the Japanese rock scene is defined by its diversity, emotional intensity, and equal respect for both commercial success and experimental freedom.
