It's important to take care of yourself as well as your loved ones. My father is fighting cancer and though just released from the hospital he went through a scary blood sepsis infection. From that, the chemo, and the cancer he's so tired but still fighting! I've been checking in and visiting him and family. But it's important to take care of yourself too in times like this. I have loving friends sending me their support but the way I best cope with stress is to create art with singular focus. This piece was a surprise for my sister in laws wedding and it really has been helping me stay balanced. Please remember in order to be strong enough to be there for others, it's important to reach out for help yourself and to take care of yourself.
