Yesterday, under falling snow, I stepped outside with my camera, not my Canon but my pretty small ricoh.
I crossed silent, snow-covered parks and familiar streets transformed into something new.
Snow has this quiet magic: it makes us all a little more childlike.
It brings back that sense of wonder that, as adults, we often forget and that seems to return only when everything slows down and turns white.
This is one of the many reasons why I love Bologna.
Because it offers stories everywhere, especially when you are willing to walk, observe, and truly see.
Photography, for me, is exactly this: going out, paying attention, and telling what happens around us, even (or especially) in the simplest moments.
As Henri Cartier-Bresson once said:
«To photograph is to put on the same line of sight the head, the eye and the heart.»
Yesterday, in the snow, Bologna did just that.
Yesterday, walking through the snow, I found myself looking more slowly, more gently, a little bit like Luigi Ghirri would have done: searching for meaning in quiet places, and beauty in what is already there.
When I first watched this video, the only word that came out of my mouth was: wow. Actually, I might have gagged and not uttered a sound at all.
Stylish, dreamlike and at times slightly surreal, as only @vanessailli can film and edit them.
Shot at casaolivi when it was not as popular as it is these days, with that hypnotic original soundtrack purposely composed by @polarcatofficial , it still feels as powerful now as it did a few years ago. Possibly even more.
For me, this will always be one of those perfect intersections of style, architecture, atmosphere and feeling. Nothing obvious, nothing banal. Just mood, beauty and a touch of mystery.
A reminder of why design matters, whether in interiors, architecture, music, fashion, or simply in the way a story is told.

Some souls recognize each other long before the world tells them how to love.
From childhood glances to over a decade side by side, Giorgia and Lucaās story is a masterclass in growing together. True love isnāt just a spark; itās the quiet, steady choice to hold hands through every season of life.
Thx guys for allowing me to share some of your private precious memories! <3
Thereās a unique rhythm to this city that speaks directly to my soul. Although I wasnāt born here, Bologna welcomed me with open arms, making me feel truly at home among its endless porticos and warm, terracotta hues. To me, every street corner feels like a verse from a Lucio Dalla song, vibrant, poetic, and deeply authentic.
This is exactly how I approach my photography.
I donāt believe in stiff poses or ālook at the cameraā moments. My style is spontaneous and poetic: I prefer to capture what naturally unfolds. We will simply take a walk, explore the hidden gems of the city, and I will be there to document your connection.
The way the light filters through an archway, a shared laugh, or that quiet, subtle way you hold hands, these are the moments that matter.
Iām looking for couples who want to experience Bologna not just as a backdrop, but as a feeling. Whether you are here for a weekend getaway or a life-changing proposal, I want to tell your story exactly as it is. No filters, just soul.
Behind this camera is a woman who has spent nearly 15 years witnessing love.
And still, every wedding feels like the first.
My work begins long before the wedding day
in quiet walks with no destination,
in the pages of books by the great masters,
in light, shadows, and fleeting inspirations that stay with me.
Then it becomes about you.
Your visions, your whispers, your dreams.
I listen, I feel, I translate your emotions into imagesā
as if they were my own.
Loading film is my ritual, a promise to slow down, to see deeply, to honor every unrepeatable moment.
Because love happens once. And it deserves to be remembered forever.
If youāre dreaming of getting married in Italy, Iād love to create something timeless together.

The soul is never touched by speed.
Only by what vibrates at the right frequency.
Film photography knows this.
It doesnāt rush, it doesnāt multiply.
It waits. It listens. It stays.
Presence has a sound you canāt fake ā
a quiet attention, a breath held long enough
for something real to appear.
Analog images are not made of quantity,
but of time, of care, of trust.
They happen when you are there, fully.
The soul responds only to what is tuned to it.
And film, somehow, always is.

The sound of your footsteps on the old stone streets,
the whisper of centuries rising around you,
the soft echo of love meeting history
this is the magic of a city wedding.
In Bologna, every portico holds a story,
every shadow embraces you,
every corner breathes the strength of the ages.
Here, you donāt just walk through the city
the city walks with you.
And together, we create something timeless.
Winter weddings have a quiet kind of magic āØ
Thereās something incredibly beautiful about saying āI doā during the coldest season of the year. The soft light, the crisp air, and the cozy atmosphere create an intimacy that feels timeless and romantic. Snow (or even just winter light) becomes the perfect backdrop, turning every moment into something poetic.
Winter weddings invite eleganceālong sleeves, delicate lace, warm textures, and candles glowing against neutral tones. They feel slower, more intentional, wrapped in warmth and meaning. Itās a season that celebrates closeness, love, and the beauty of sharing warmth when the world outside is quiet.
Thereās nothing quite like winter to remind us that love itself is the warmest thing of all š¤āØ

During the getting ready, it doesnāt matter where I am.
I surrender to the details, the smallest gestures, the soft pauses, the quiet emotions unfolding in the room.
I observe everything that happens around you and beyond you:
someone having lunch on a terrace in a historic building in the heart of Rome,
light moving across the walls, life continuing gently outside the window.
Every gesture, every glance, every seemingly insignificant moment becomes part of the story.
This is my approach to your wedding day, the same spirit I carry when I step out with my camera and wander through the city, guided by curiosity and feeling.
Because romance lives in the details,
and the most beautiful stories are made of moments that breathe.
I truly love creating images for wedding brands ā especially when it comes to bridal gowns and timeless details. Thereās something deeply inspiring about telling love stories through fabrics, movement, and light.
What I adore even more is doing it in quiet, off-season places: deserted beaches, soft skies, and that feeling of stillness that lets emotions breathe. These locations add an authentic, intimate atmosphere that feels honest and effortlessly romantic.
For me, photography is about capturing elegance in simplicity, and finding beauty where silence meets style.

Family photos are more than a moment in the timeline of your weddingā¦
they are the heart of your story.
They are the hands that held you,
the faces that shaped you,
the love that walked beside you long before this day arrived.
This is why I always carve out intentional time for family portraits.
Not rushed, not squeezed in «somewhere»,
but honored.
Choosing a beautiful corner of your venue,
a soft light, a meaningful backdrop,
these details matter.
Because this moment will never come back quite the same way.
And for me, this time is deeply important.
Between one pose and the next,
between one group and another,
I get to witness the real magic:
the natural smiles, the tight hugs,
the glances full of emotion that happen when no one thinks theyāre being photographed.
These are the moments that tell the truth.
These are the memories that last.
Years from now, these photos will be the ones that still make you pause,
smile,
and feel everything all over again.
Family deserves that space.
And your memories deserve to be kept with care. āØ
