Heels Dance ist mehr als nur Tanzen auf Absätzen. Dieser Kurs steht für Selbstbewusstsein, Ausdruck und die Verbindung zum eigenen Körper. Es geht darum, Präsenz zu entwickeln, die eigene Sinnlichkeit zu entdecken und sich kraftvoll sowie feminin zu bewegen. Wir starten jede Einheit mit einem Warm-up, um den Körper optimal vorzubereiten und anzukommen. Anschließend folgt eine kurze Technik-Session, in der wir gezielt an Haltung, Balance und Bewegungsabläufen arbeiten. Im letzten Teil des Kurses erlernen wir Schritt für Schritt eine Choreografie – mit Raum zum Ausprobieren, Wiederholen und Wachsen. “Isn’t this just aerobics?” 👀✨ Honestly… kind of. But also not really. Yes, Dance Cardio and aerobics share the same roots. Moving to music, following combinations, building endurance, and having fun while working out. And I actually love that connection. There is a reason why people still remember the energy of 80s and 90s aerobics classes. They were exciting, expressive, and full of life. But today’s Dance Cardio brings a different feeling to it. The movement is more fluid, the choreography feels more like dancing, and the focus is not on being perfect. It is about enjoying movement and creating an atmosphere where people feel confident enough to let go. You do not need leg warmers or perfect rhythm. You just need a willingness to move and have fun with it. So if you call it aerobics, I honestly do not mind. Because at the end of the day, both are about the same thing: moving your body, feeling stronger, and leaving the room with more energy than you came in with 💫

Dance Cardio during pregnancy 🦋✨ One thing I always want women in my classes to feel is that movement can adapt to them and not the other way around. Especially during pregnancy. In my Dance Cardio classes, every movement can be adjusted. If jumping does not feel good, we keep it grounded. If energy levels are lower, we slow things down. If the body needs more support, we focus on controlled and stable movements. Pregnancy workouts do not have to be all or nothing. You can still move, sweat, dance, and enjoy yourself while fully respecting what your body needs in the moment. Low impact is not less powerful. Honestly, when I first started teaching my Dance Workout classes, attendance was so inconsistent. One week there were 10 people in the room, the next week maybe only two. And yes, it was frustrating. You start questioning yourself. Is the class good enough? Am I doing something wrong? Why is it not growing faster? But looking back now, I realize this is such a normal part of teaching and building something from scratch. Consistency takes time. Community takes time. And trust takes time too. Not every class will be full immediately. Not every reel will blow up. And not every person who says “I’ll come next time” will actually show up. That’s just part of the process. What matters is continuing anyway. Showing up anyway. Teaching with the same energy whether there are 2 people or 20 in the room. Because the people who do come will remember how you made them feel. Three things I learned from it: ✨ 1️⃣Stop measuring your value by participant numbers: A small class does not mean you are a bad teacher. 2️⃣ Treat every class like it matters: Even if only a few people show up, give them the full experience. They are your biggest word of mouth! 3️⃣ Consistency builds trust: People often watch quietly for months before finally booking your class. Keep going. Every teacher starts somewhere. Don’t quit during the part where it’s still growing 🩵✨🦋
