taking pictures of you is my favorite thing
and somehow finding pieces of myself in all of it
which one would you keep?

Went to see “The Old Man and the Parrot” premiere at the Miami Film Festival to support my friend @isadilla , and I left feeling so moved. I loved how the film was funny while still holding so much emotion. Touching on grief, queerness, spirituality, immigration, and the complicated beauty of living in Miami.
Some shot on film, some digital… you already know me and my mixed.
So proud of you Isa 💗 and congratulations to the entire amazing team of The Old Man and the Parrot. Can’t wait to keep seeing more of you all on the big screen.
it goes on and on, you either get it or you don’t

Shadows don’t hide, they reveal 🌒
These portraits became some of my favorite work from this year, and I had to give them their moment before the year ends.
@saviaun thank you for being a muse, for your energy, and for all the love 🖤
“Waves of Style” Not every day you get to photograph historic pieces inside a museum!🥲So grateful to have been part of this meaningful project—thank you @thecrystalalyssa and to the @historymiami for bringing me on board.
The exhibition explores the powerful story of swimwear and how it’s reflected social, cultural, and political shifts throughout time. It’s beautifully done and currently on view at @historymiami —I genuinely encourage you to check it out and dive in 🏊♀️🩱
2 fools is just so much better than one 🤡💌🤡
Centering play and silliness is to reclaim and call upon that childlike wonder often forgotten in the busy pace of survival. To be a clown is to make intentional space for our joy. To know another clown is to invite our walls to fall wide open, for our truest selves to come together and dare to dance. They say laughter is the best medicine, but joined laugher is truly the magic making this experience worthwhile. To play the clown willingly and shamelessly is to rejoice in the act of experiencing the world fully — to laugh fearlessly at ourselves with the love it takes to accept both our wins and our falls.
Thank you @vanessacoy for letting me bring your inner clown back out. It is an honor to share these moments of abundant joy, play, and friendship. Here’s to more connections that make you want to be a fool proudly.
