Some may say it’s the end of an era but I say why wait another day not doing what you love! If you know me, you know I started Val’s Crafty Creations in March of 2020 when I quit my job during the pandemic to pursue my craft business. 5 years of so much love and support, thousands of sales, over a hundred vending markets but at the end of it all I was my happiest on shakedown. Vending at Citifield & Hershey on the last Dead & Co tour was where I felt the most at home and this past year vending at Let It Grow reminded me of that. 2026 is about creating the art that makes me happy and keeping the creativity alive. As much as I enjoyed making all your custom orders for all occasions in life I’ve decided to shut down Val’s Crafty Creations because Val’s Dead! Thank you for continuing the love & support and make sure to keep an eye out because collabs are coming 👀

Almost 2 weeks ago Val’s Crafty Creations turned 5! Although this is a little late I could not go by without posting about how lucky I am to be a part of this small business crafting community. From starting small with a cricut in my parents basement to moving out and having my own craft room to vending all over the island, I never would have imagined getting the support I did. Some career highlights are vending at Shakedown Street for multiple @deadandcompany concerts, getting nominated for best of Long Island for photography, having an article written about me in my hometown newspaper for starting a small business during a global pandemic, and DIYing stuff for my own wedding as well as other major events for the people who matter the most to me. Also shoutout to @crucialdesigns2020 for our collabs! I am so grateful to everyone who continues to order from me or support my other business @vlphotoandsocials . These past 2 years I took a step back from crafting to focus on my full time career, getting married, looking for a house and focusing on my photography. I still take custom orders and make gifts for as many people as I can! Please continue to reach out and support for all your creative needs! Physical gifts, craft/tie-dye parties, digital media including invitations & posters, photography, social media management & wedding content creation. If you have a dream, take a chance on it because this life is a long strange trip and you never know where you’ll end up or who you’ll meet ⚡️💜
