went on a walk this morning with zeroh to get my mind right for tonight’s set. and my thoughts finally caught up to my life a little bit.
i think i’ve been moving so fast lately
trying to build everything all at once that i haven’t been celebrating any of it like .. the good things too
the small wins,
the discipline it takes to stay consistent,
and the way i’ve been showing up differently no matter if people are clapping or not.
we walked past the same streets i’ve rushed through a hundred times and for once i wasn’t in a rush to be somewhere else.
it made me realize how much of my life
i’ve spent thinking the next thing would be “the thing.”
the next song, the next opportunity
the next version of me.
but today felt very .. here.
and i don’t think i give “here” enough credit
