clean smoothie with my @aquatrueurope Ingredients: Smoothie Portion Sizes for 1 Person • Pineapple (fresh or frozen) - 1/2 cup (~75g) • Banana - 1 medium (about 100–120g) • Avocado - 1/2 medium (about 50g) • Almond or peanut butter - 1 tablespoon (about 16g) • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon • Dates (pitted) - 2 or 3 (depending on desired sweetness) • Collagen powder - 1 scoop (usually ~10g, check your brand) • Blue spirulina powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tiny amount; it’s potent!) • Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup (about 120g) • Water -  1/2 to 3/4 cup (adjust for desired thickness)
