And itās up! Lots of emotions during the podcast (I wasnāt expecting for both of us to tear up). Iām a very private person when it comes to my emotions or personal stuff, even with people close to me, so that was unexpected! I loved every second of creating this podcast, and in reflecting on the message, what we really talked about was living more powerfully, authentically and with compassion. I was actually shaking with nervousness and excitement the whole time. Not sure why as I wasnāt nervous at all on my first one! Thanks for having me on again @joerogan itās a great honor to be your friend.

I am the type of person who tells the truth, even if itās uncomfortable. My friends come to me when they want a blunt opinion, not to be told what they want to hear. I am the same in my work. Iām here to tell a story on what ocean conservation really is - and should be - not in an ideal scenario but a realistic one. My goal is to create real discussions and find viable ways forward, even if it offends along the way. You can cry at facts but you canāt argue with them.

Happy Mothers Day! Becoming a mom definitely made me appreciate my mom a lot more ha! Everything they say about it is true. Itās exciting, frustrating, hard, amazing, beautiful, nerve wracking, etc. I guess I just became a more efficient version of myself ha! And who fishes less, but thatās temporary as she will soon have the absolute privilege (aka be forced) to come fish with me š¬ And go see her mama and roll her eyes completely unimpressed! Much love to all the mamas out there ā¤ļø What a privilege to be called mama (but like less then 100 times a day).
One of my favourite way to use game meat - stuffed veggies! As game meat is pretty lean, you want to mix some ground pork too (optional). I mixed the inside of the tomatoes, ground meat, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper. I garnished the dish with a mix of toasted breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, lemon zest and feta cheese and it was DIVINE š„° #gamemeat

This has been a goal of mine for a long time. But for once, I actually thought about it thoroughly. Until Iām ready to buy a plane, I donāt think it will safe enough for me to fly once or twice a month on a rental and fly my family around places.
