SELEKTA 18 | VALENTINA MICELI Valentina Miceli is one of the youngest Italian artists in the underground music scene. She enjoys experimenting with different types of DJ sets, from digital setups to spinning vinyl. Her musical journey began three years ago, exploring various subgenres of techno. With a background in schranz, she kept experimenting until she found her true dimension within the techno genre. She later dove into music production, recently releasing her debut record, “Fact One” which can be found on the Berlin-based label SexyRecs. Born for the dancefloor, she lives to make it vibrate with raw, pounding, uncompromising sounds, relentless rhythms, deep basslines, and gritty percussion, reminiscent of the sounds that dominated Detroit and Berlin clubs three decades ago. Each of her sets is a journey without nostalgia, yet full of total dedication to the old-school scene. She never compromises with trends — she plays for those who get it, for those who truly feel it.
