An important message about leaving other people be ❤️
I am not making these posts for the sake of conversation. This actually improves your dancing and connection 😉
How do you feel about this? Let me know if you like.

Happy birthday to me 🤍
After years of being stuck in environments that never quite felt right. Finding my health again, along with peace and clarity, in my own space has already been the greatest gift of 2026 ✌🏼

The Academy high is real. 🚀
Post-Academy demo vibes with the amazing Valentina. After a week of deep-diving into the technique (and great fun), it felt so good to just let it out on the floor with this "Hold On" remix.
Valentina and I first connected on the floor in BCN about 5months ago, but sharing this demo together after the training took things to a whole new level. It’s all about that shared art and that "click" that only happens when both dancers are fully present.

💃🔥GIRLS POWER 💃🔥
I had a lot of fun last week teaching at @novadanceutrecht with @valentinagf_ . She is such a SWEET and SOFT leader 😇 It surprised me positively how friendly and nice attitude everyone in Utrecht has! There is a great dancing scene 😇 Here is a part of our demo SABOREARTE DE NUEVO🙂 Would you like to see us more together 👀?

Read ⬇️ Just 10 little reasons why @valentinagf_ is unique and effective as a teacher. And I mean actually unique: I can't find these traits in other teachers:
1. She teaches a lot of different techniques in multiple movements, in 2 hours or even 4 or 5 hours in one day. But here comes the clue: as her students, we can actually remember ALL her moves. This is because...
2. She doesn't teach combo's/ choreographies. Just the individual moves. This makes it much easier for us to remember every lesson and to use it with our own creativity.
3. She is not lazy and she lifts us up to also not being lazy: I believe, exactly like Tony Robbins, that we need to ditch the mindset of "Needing a break every 30 minutes, being afraid to sweat and move..." Not in a harsh way, but with a lot of patience and by simply working with us 5 hours in a day. That is how long her workshops take and that is precious.
4. Somehow, she manages to make us dance 11 hours long in one day. With one 1 hour break inbetween: 5 hours workshop, then 5 hours social. And we all follow along. Yes, it is a lot and we are a bit tired after those 11 hours, but she makes it light with her energy and leadership.
5. I have never heard a bad word out of her mouth about beginners. She is patient and takes her time with us.
6. She welcomes all levels and makes time for beginners on socials and in workshops.
7. She is the only teacher I know who is so approachable and open for anyone.
8. She has a small ego: Everything can be said to her and she will not be personally attacked.
9. She lifts her students up by giving them HER stage. Again, this is an expression of her modest ego.
10. She wants her students to eat together. No other teacher does this. As is also the case with the other 9 points. She organizes everything on her own and makes sure the Bachata Influence community launches in the Netherlands.
