[Little update on Aludra Sans]™️
Slowly but steady been developing my TypeMedia final project. (Or what is left from it.)
A lot of things has been refined, rethought and redrawn.
By asking myself specific questions I tried to find a more clear view on how to approach and deal with certain design choices I made during that year.
By exploring different paths and redrawing a lot of glyphs from scratch I believe I started to find the flavour or atmosphere I initially wanted the design to have.

Started sketching these caps a while ago. Inspired by the capitals I found on the floor of the Cathedral of Our Lady, Antwerp (Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekathedraal, Antwerpen) during a type walk led by @typojo during my Master at TypeMedia.
Been playing with the proportions of the letters which resulted in the mono style. There is definitely still a lot to work on but this has been a lot of fun so far.
{Lowercases might follow as well, eventually…}
