Forget everything you know about Geshas. Usually, Geshas are delicate and floral. This lot from Natalia Lezama Ramirez is the opposite: it’s deep, syrupy, and interestingly funky. Natalia grows this 100% Gesha lot at 1,600 MASL in Acevedo, Huila. Between the high humidity of the rainforest and her 60-hour controlled fermentation, the result is basically liquid candy. By slowing the maturation of the coffee cherries through the high humidity and rolling clouds of Acevedo, Natalia has produced a lot that sits in the peak 1% of the harvest. The Profile: Expect a heavy, jammy mouthfeel. This Anaerobic Natural process is built on layers of toffee sweetness, dried mango, and a golden raisin finish. It is a bold, "funky" expression of a variety usually known only for its delicacy. The 2026 Nano-Lot Collection drops March 25.
