We celebrated our mom's 90th birthday on Saturday 25th April mashallah ❤️ Ma tum jeo hazaron saal sari raunaq aap se hee hai. Talented, educated, driven, career woman, Tv/Radio artist and most of all my ma! It was very emotional seeing so many people turn up.... her friends and their children, those who have left us were represented by their children, family and close relatives mashallah all there in full fanfare! A very befitting celebration for a woman who spent her whole life entertaining others! Her home was always an open house with so much mehmaan nawazi which she did effortlessly all her life. Mehman nawazi, big heart, open house, halla gulla, raunaq, hard work and perfection in education, business and home life is her legacy. So proud to have her as my mom and so blessed to be fortunate enough to celebrate her 90th.

I went back to Kinnaird college for Women for the 1st time since I was a student there! I don't know why I never went back...
