Gretchen Ceranic and Ruthie Teets recently attended the ReadingPals Celebration Dinner in Tampa hosted by The Children's Movement of Florida. 📚
The event brought together professionals from across the state who are dedicated to supporting children, families, schools, and volunteers through positive reading experiences. What stood out most was the passion and commitment each ReadingPals program manager brings to this important work and to strengthening communities across Florida. ❤️
One of our favorite annual events is the Judd Jog! 🏃♀️💙
We had an incredible time alongside all the runners, community members, and the amazing team at the Polk County Sheriff's Office who came out to support this special event. Proceeds from the run directly support our work in the community, helping us build a healthier, stronger, and more resilient Central Florida.
We are proud to partner with Sheriff Grady Judd and his team to make a lasting impact. Thank you to everyone who participated, volunteered, and cheered us on! 👟✨

We’re proud to recognize ITW as a United Way of Central Florida Top Supporter.
As a global manufacturing leader with a legacy of innovation dating back to 1912, ITW continues to make an impact not only in business, but right here in our community. Through workplace giving, special events, and corporate support, ITW invests at the Community Advocates level, contributing between $15,000 and $29,999 to help strengthen Central Florida.
Recently, ITW hosted its Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser, bringing together 72 golfers at Cleveland Heights Golf Course for a day of fun and philanthropy. Their annual United Way Week features special events, a luncheon, and meaningful opportunities for employees to give back.
Thank you, ITW, for being a valued partner and helping create lasting change across Central Florida.
Congratulations to Jordan LeVine, Senior Director of Corporate Philanthropy, on graduating from the Polk County Sheriff’s Advisory Council!
Your commitment to strengthening relationships between our community and local leadership makes a lasting impact.
💙 564 volunteers. 35 projects. One incredible community.
Our Day of Caring in Highlands County showed the true power of coming together, neighbors helping neighbors and making a real impact.
🤝 Last week, Glades Electric had the privilege of participating in the United Way Highlands County Day of Caring to assist local non-profits with special projects. Our team of 9 worked @archboldstation to prepare trails for summer camp students who gain an invaluable experience in our unique scrub habitat each summer.
Our employees were part of the 564 people from across the county lending helping hands to our community’s non-profit organizations. We are grateful to the @uwcf for organizing this day that brings our community together to be Neighbors Helping Neighbors. 💚
