A small alla prima mastercopy after @tanvipathareart . I loved the simplication in her approach to portraiture, and tried to capture that in my study. Colors as usual were not so perfect but will get there; need to do more studies for that.

Portrait studies from 'drawing the head and hands' by Andrew loomis
The book had loads of illustrations on portrait drawings. I particularly loved their simplification, structure and design. Loved the hatching and tried capturing them too.
These were rather quick studies and involved minimal measuring. The focus was the aspect which i mentioned.

The measurement was intuitive as the scope of measuring was limited due to the setup. overall I was happy with the study cause I felt like it had got the essence of me.
