One fine day I went to Calangute Beach in Goa to see around, and there I found an adult man, mostly a fisherman, sleeping at the beach. There were a lot of tourists, visitors around him, all around parties and celebrations were going on. But this man had his beer and slept like there was nothing going around. I think this time a relation of fisherman and ocean can be highlighted.
That was some off day for him, maybe. So he was enjoying that. He slept at the beach. There was wind, little drizzling, and the relaxing sound of sea waves — a perfect atmosphere of nature.
India has great cultural values and human relation with nature, but in that circle we neglect Sundays, holidays. A holiday to fisherman and a holiday of fishes too. To depict the Sunday chillax afternoon, I decided to draw this fellow with few fishes. Hope you liked it.

Cruising through the beautiful Goan roads with artist @subodhkerkar sir and his sister was just the beginning. On 29th April, I had the chance to explore the world’s largest beer museum—an incredible space designed by sir and his team.
Grateful to now begin this journey as an intern, working closely with him to learn, observe, and understand the depth of contemporary art and its practice. Excited to experience his perspective on art, culture, and everything in between.
Thankful to sir and the entire team for this opportunity.
