Join us for the National Day of Action against the proposed NDIS cuts! Saturday 9th May, 2pm, Town Hall
Image description:
An informative slide with a dark purple background. The slide's title states: QUEERS 4 NDIS: Labour announces plans to cut over 160,000 people off the NDIS. The body text of the slide states: Labor has announced life-killing cost-cutting measures to remove essential support from people on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS provides disabled people necessary support. Without this support, disabled people will die. While Labor cuts this essential disability support, they spend billions on AUKUS and funding genocide. There is no queer liberation without disabled liberation! Queerness and disability are tied, and we will fight to protect our ability to live safely and autonomously. JOIN US AT THE NATIONAL DAY OF ACTION! SAT 9TH MAY, SYDNEY TOWN HALL, 2PM->
The following slides provide accessibility information for the protest, which can be found in more detail at @ProtectOurNDIS linktr.ee/protectourndis.

A reminder about Feminist Action Week, starting next week ‼️
Keep an eye out for the incredible events which USyd WoCo has planned with so many incredible groups and individuals. Join us in celebrating feminist activism on Gadigal land, and raise awareness to our corporate university’s lack of action when it comes to feminist justice. Whether inaction in the face of femicide and gendered violence, or allowing anti abortion “activists” to harass vulnerable students on campus, USyd management remains complacent. We must continue to place pressure on them - we will not let gendered violence to continue to be perpetuated on our campus. However, if you’re new to feminist organising, come along to meet staunch members of WoCo and become part of our activist community.
BREAKING NEWS: "Israel" had intercepted the Global Sumud Flotilla and kidnapped the organisers sailing to deliver humanitarian aid, including USYD student and Blak and queer activist, Ethan Floyd.
Snap rally TONIGHT 5:30pm at Sydney Town Hall.
All eyes on the Flotilla. All eyes on Gaza. Free Palestine.
