Had a few folks reach out asking about our #MondayRollCall, and what was it about. It most simply resembles the Monday morning formations we all participated in at the start of each week, and where we learned the fate of those who had a little too much fun over the weekend. Now it has become a way for us to check up on each other at the start of each new week, share a cool photo, or just to stay connected within our community. So, if you regularly check in, we always appreciate you doing so. If you have never, then we’d love to see what you’ve been up to. 🤙🏼

Check In On Your Homies
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so we thought we’d remind everyone that they’re not alone out there. Everyone is fighting battles we may never know, & many will never ask for help even when they feel the battle is lost. However, if I learned one thing in life it’s that we can’t do everything alone. No matter how hard we try to convince ourselves that we can just go at it alone, at some point we will all need a friend, a family member, or a compassionate stranger. There is no shame in showing a little vulnerability, many will respect you more for having the courage to do so.
Around here we use “Monday Roll Call” as an easy way to remind ourselves to checking on the crew & to let them all know that we are here, present & accounted for, should they need a helping hand or sympathetic ear.
Here’s to a new week, & Godspeed to all wherever life’s journey takes you. 🦅
