We recently had the opportunity to welcome students from the University of South Florida (USF) to visit Novalix here in Strasbourg for a behind-the-scenes look at the world of drug discovery.
The visit started with a welcome from Novalix’s President, setting the tone for a day focused on learning, exchange, and real industry insight.
During the visit, they:
🔎 Learning about the role of a CRO in drug discovery
🧬 Exploring key concepts like DNA-Encoded Libraries (DEL), PROTAC, and Mass Spectrometry Screening
🏥 Visiting multiple laboratories, including biophysics, protein science, chemistry, pharmacology, and DMPK
It was great to see the level of curiosity and engagement from the students throughout the day. A big thank you to the Novalix team for hosting and sharing their expertise, and to the students and faculty for making the visit so interactive.
