The June 7th countdown is ON 🇪🇺 The era of salary secrecy in Europe is officially over. By June 7, 2026, “business as usual” gets a radical makeover. If you’re an HR manager feeling the “squeeze” of new reporting rules, you aren’t alone. Here is your survival checklist: 👉 Salary disclosure: Posting a job without a pay range? That becomes illegal. 👉 The 5% rule: If your gender pay gap is over 5% and can’t be justified, you have to fix it – not just report it. 👉Right to know: Employees gain the legal right to request average pay data by role and gender. It’s a lot. We know. If you’re still not feeling ready, check out our expert guide to navigating EORs in EMEA and mastering EU pay transparency.

Posting a job in Europe without a salary? That’s about to be illegal. The EU Pay Transparency Directive comes into force on June 7, 2026 and it’s changing the game for HR teams. Here’s a quick check to see if your company is ready for these changes: 👉Salary Disclosure: You can no longer post a role in the EU without disclosing the pay range upfront. 👉Information Rights: Employees can now legally request average salary data by role category and gender. 👉Closing the Gap: If your gender pay gap exceeds 5%, you must fix it – reporting it is no longer enough. That’s just scratching the surface. You can see the full guide on EORs in EMEA & the EU Pay Transparency Directive on our YouTube channel. Make sure to follow along for more details 🌟

If you're managing payroll across multiple countries, you already know the problem. Different vendors, manual reconciliation, compliance blind spots — and when something goes wrong, nobody owns it. Today that changes. Global Payroll Payments is live, in partnership with Navro — one system that owns the entire process, end to end. Here's what that means. 👇

How do you imagine a world without limits? Let it sit for a moment. Because that question was at the heart of everything happening at Multiplier Locals New York. Global hiring isn’t just about Zoom calls or syncing time zones, it’s about breaking down the barriers that keep talent and opportunity apart. The Multiplier Locals community came together not to be pitched to but to connect, share their wins, and build the future of work, in person. Because some conversations just hit different when you’re all in the same room. Whose neighborhood is next? #multiplierlocals
