🏆 2026 USCSA Coach of the Year 🏆 We are proud to announce Marcin Wiesiolek from @cmunordic as this year's Coach of the Year! This honor is reserved for a leader who exemplifies the qualities of a great coach in every sense. Marcin has cultivated the respect of athletes and peers alike—both on and off the hill. His influence has extended far beyond team or divisional boundaries, helping to strengthen the sport through increased participation and public awareness.
