Happy Mother’s Day!! It’s safe to say that no mom has played more kubb with her kids in the U.S. than Gina. Over the past 15 plus years, she introduced her three kids to the game, played with them locally in the Eau Claire Kubb League and in dozens of tournaments coast to coast and internationally, has a kubb pitch that’s set up in their front yard on most days, cheered for her two sons while they won the 2023 U.S. Championship, and so much more.
Her smile, laugh, and joy for kubb is infectious to so many. We are super fortunate to have Gina on our Board, for over 10 years.
Here is a video from Stephanie and Emily (two local players here in Eau Claire) and Gina’s three kids thanking her for what she has done for them, what she means to them, and wishing her a happy Mother’s Day.

We had an amazing night last night at the @fireside_productionsllc The World Premiere of “Kings of Kubb”. Almost 1,000 people were in the @pablocenter . 1,000!!!!!!!! Thanks so much for supporting BJ and Steve who worked two years on this. People were here from at least six states. The environment was electric before, during, and after the show. 1,000!!??!!??. The crowd laughed, cheered, cried, and learned so much about the game we all love. The @eauclairefirehouse was packed for the pre-party and @thebrewingprojekt was packed for the after-party. The night was one of one. Eau Claire is Kubb City.
Thank you so much @bjhollars and @staytoneprod for all of your work on this. It is an absolute gift to Eau Claire and the kubb community around the entire world.
