This was filmed Christmas morning flying Southwest from New Orleans to Las Vegas. Smooth declaration at the counter, a short wait just in case TSA needed me, and an easy pickup in Vegas.
Spirit Airlines Manager Refuses to Read TSA’s Policy on Locks

You’d expect a manager to know the rules before giving out wrong information. This clip is from yesterday’s check-in, and in the full video I’ll cover why they also made me open the case—something that shouldn’t have happened.

The NICS system has denied 5.1 million Americans since 1998. Less than 0.03% of those denials ever led to a federal conviction.
A bill that just passed the House unanimously would force the FBI to show who is actually being denied.
