This conference was a reflection of that belief — a space where aspirations began to take shape and women stepped forward with confidence. From meaningful panel discussions on mental well-being and starting a food business in Germany, to Urja Spotlight — an initiative to encourage budding women entrepreneurs — every segment carried its own purpose and impact. Many congratulations to Sneha Baraskar (@sneha_oo7 ), the winner of Urja Spotlight, who was awarded a cash prize of €75. The energy of the day was further brought alive through dance, Zumba, and yoga sessions, adding joy, movement, and balance to the experience. Like a butterfly stepping out of its cocoon, ready to fly — this is just the beginning. We are deeply honoured to have partnered with the Consulate General of India, Munich, and are truly grateful for the trust and encouragement extended to us. March has been one of the most meaningful months for me — personally as well as professionally! ❤️ Grateful to URJA for trusting me once again. Energy, courage, and inspiration — Urja's Intetnational Women's Day event was at its best. From powerful panel discussions on mental health by @besnacha_ladoo , @mallikabhatiaofficia ma'am and by Chitra Ma'aml and women building their own food ventures, to energetic Zumba by Priya from @bavarian_beatz , calming yoga by @supriya.kavathekar and beautiful dance performances @kalakars_germany and @bavarian_beatz — every moment carried something inspiring. The Urja Spotlight session, where women entrepreneurs showcased their ideas and one emerged as a winner, was a reminder of how far courage and vision can take you. A special mention to all the volunteers @surabhinalwaya , @philosabbycal and @chitta_connect for being the strong support for this event. ❤️ But what truly stayed with me were the conversations — they left me with a simple feeling: nothing is impossible. Sometimes, you don’t need to look far for motivation… you just have to look around. ✨🙏
