Decided to share an ambient improv in hopes of planting a creative seed for myself to manifest inspiration and motivation for more creations and collaborations in the future.
I’ve felt creatively blocked for so long and am learning to undo a lot of barriers I’ve placed on myself in regard to sharing anything that isn’t perfect or complete.

I still haven’t processed that I’ve been living in Phoenix almost 8 months now, and it definitely hasn’t been an easy transition. I still don’t feel like I’ve fully landed 😅
I just moved into a new apartment, and am currently slinging coffee and bagels with some amazing folks at a local coffee shop in the gayborhood a.k.a. Melrose 🌈
I’ve yet to dip my toes into what the local scene has to offer, and surely haven’t figured out what I will be contributing back to it, but only time will tell. 🎨 🖼️

I have always felt it impossible to use words to communicate the complexity of my thoughts and feelings. And even more challenging to find a creative medium that does a better job of doing so. But through my life music has always been my safe place. It has healed me, saved me, propelled me and shaped me.
This live ambient improv which I’m calling “Dying Breath” expresses my deep longing to create something beautiful in the wake of daily existential dread and horror. It feels simultaneously mournful yet healing. Hope it resonates!
