I guess you could say this business has been a work in progress since around 2012, when Pinterest was all the rage and I had dreams of being a successful blogger. 😅
A tutorial here and a sponsored post there — somehow in 2014 I ended up being recognized by Buzzfeed for turning “champagne into gold”. (I’ll never forget that day) 😱
Little did I know 6 years later, in 2020, the state of the world would leave me jobless and with a ton of time to spare to turn my beloved hobby into something bigger. Now going on 5 years into business, I couldn’t be more grateful to call this my full-time job!
Let’s get a little bit personal today and have a chat about life. 🥰
This was a very new style of reel for me — I know it’s long but I hope you enjoy getting to know the face behind the glitter on a deeper level. 💖
POV I not only got to see the queen @lindseystirling live, I also got to make her and her dancers bottles to commemorate the tour. An all around dream! 🥰
If I had to give my entire business a motto it would be “trust the process”.
Sometimes I really don’t know how long it’s going to take me to complete my more detailed pieces. Sometimes I don’t even know what I’m doing, actually more times than not l have no idea how I’m going to execute the visions my brain comes up with.
“Life’s a climb, but the view is great.”
A lot of you probably don’t know that I used to write a blog that would eventually give me a lot of amazing opportunities. I was young, in my 20s, living what can only considered to be “wild and free”. That blog brought me to Denver where I started my family and this business and for that I’m so grateful!
Also a friendly reminder that the internet is forever ever. 😅🫣
