On a personal note I was so ridiculously grateful to guide the contrast session and chat with these beautiful women!
Totally had a heart bursting with gratitude moment when I was like ‘wow, this is my job now, how lucky am I?’

Week 3 is all about recovery, reset and finding balance 🙌
Here are your reminders for the week:
1. Make space for recovery, your body needs it to keep progressing.
2. Slow things down when needed whilst focusing on quality movement.
3. Use stretching and release work to reset and come back stronger.
Class focus this week: Lean into recovery-based classes like Hot Power Flow, Warm Yin + Sound Bath Meditation, Hot Power Flow + Sound Bath Meditation, and Warm Deep Stretch. Think strength, stretch, release, a nervous system reset.
