We are thrilled to be involved side by side with Adrian Barboza and an amazing project team to create a fresh look for the guestroom experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tower of London Hotel. We created a guestroom that is elegantly modern and conveys the beauty of the location with a subtle nod to sense of place. The project team has been responsible with sustainability by using all procured materials to their maximum potential in order to reduce construction waste as well as retaining certain aspects of the existing design in an effort to reduce demolition waste.

exciting project to go to site. A luxury boutique hotel with 42 bedrooms in the heart of St. Andrews with breathtaking views over the iconic old Course and the West Sands.
At UWS we are working alongside an amazing team: clients Links Capital
Collection and Valor Hospitality; procurement and project managers Fitzsimons Ltd; Architects Unwin Jones Partnership; Roy Brett, renowned Scottish chef who will head the new Ondine Restaurant, among many others.
For the rebranding of the hotel we looked at creating elegant spaces with rich
layering and unique ambiance.

A very proud moment for us to see the restoration of this grand Victorian gem in County Down Northern Ireland. It was a joy to work closely with AJ Capital Partners and the team Fitzsimons Ltd, Elektra Lighting, and Edgewater Contracts & Specialist Joinery Ltd to breath new life into this hotel.
