Happy Rativersary!! 🥳 It’s officially been one year since we ratified our HISTORIC first contract. Over the last year, we have enjoyed increased wages, improved sick leave, and ENFORCEABLE protections against harassment and unjust discipline in the workplace. This is all thanks to the work thousands of us put in TOGETHER over the course of over 4 years. We’re proving to student workers and university administrators EVERYWHERE, that we deserve RESPECT and that we will FIGHT when we don’t get it.
