Do Not Hesitate is a Video Installation rooted in feminist resistance, confronting the psychological aftermath of violence against women and LGBTQ+ individuals.
The work constructs an atmosphere of suspended decision — the split second between fear and action, silence and speech. It inhabits the internal space shaped by threat, where hesitation is learned and survival is negotiated. Through sensory tension, the piece evokes states of vigilance, shock, and suppressed response — conditions imposed by systems that normalize harm.
The title operates as a direct call: do not hesitate to resist, to speak, to act. It rejects the silence historically forced upon women and LGBTQ+ bodies, and challenges the structures that sustain violence and erasure. What appears as internal conflict is revealed as a consequence of external oppression.
Rather than depicting violence itself, Do Not Hesitate centers its enduring impact — the pressure it leaves behind, carried within the body and memory — while asserting the urgency of refusal, visibility, and defense.

Join us at our place for a special screening of “Rubber” : Quentin Dupieux’s cult absurdist film about a rogue tire with a mind of its own.
The screening unfolds alongside our current exhibition of Ilya Skubak who transforms discarded tires into striking contemporary works, creating a sharp and playful dialogue between cinema and contemporary visual art.
In collaboration with @grind.pizza , we’ll pair the evening with great pizza, drinks, and conversation.
