Update as of 12 May 2026, 5:51AM: Due to prolonged unavailability of commercial power and depletion of its back up battery, our mobile base station at Little Soho Complex has been rendered inoperational. Customers in areas of Batu Bersurat may experience degradation of Mobile Voice and Data Services.

We have detected that our base station at Little Soho, Batu Bersurat is currently affected by a commercial power outage caused by a fire incident.
The affected base station is currently operating on battery backup. Mobile services in the vicinity of the Batu Bersurat shop lots may experience degradation once the battery is depleted, should the power outage continue for an extended period.
Our team is closely monitoring the situation and shall provide updates as and when it is available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
