Earning her Early Childhood Education credentials at the Mecca of Excellence, Charles Herbert Flowers High School, Brianna has spent the past 14 years making an impact in education. Through her experiences as an educator, administrator, parent, and advocate, she cultivated Unleashed Joy, LLC, a space where children and families are empowered to thrive.

Following her own challenges finding speech therapy for her young son, Council Chair Krystal Oriadha is launching a new program to help parents struggling to find those services. Her District 7 Learning Circles program will provide free speech therapy three days a week for District 7 children who are 1 to 3 years old.
The eight-week program is in partnership with nonprofit Community on the Frontlines and Unleashed Joy, LLC, and over the next year, Chair Oriadha will provide three eight-week sessions which will provide help to approximately 180 children.

I was honored to join the ribbon cutting celebration for a new upcoming child care center led by my incredible partner, Brianna Meadows, @unleashedjoycc
This center represents so much more than a new business opening, it is a meaningful investment in the children and families of our community. Every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive, and I am especially proud that this space was created to intentionally support children of all abilities, including those with developmental delays.
Expanding access to inclusive, high-quality child care is a major step forward for District 7 and for Prince George’s County as a whole. Spaces like this strengthen families, empower parents, and ensure that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Congratulations again to Brianna Meadows and the entire @unleashedjoycc team on this incredible milestone. I am excited to see the lasting impact this center will have on our community for years to come. 💚
