"My deepest condolences go to the family and friends of Jessica. To all of our great sorrow, she passed away one month ago in a tragic hit-and-run car accident. It took me several days to truly realize and process what had happened.
Jess was a unique and inspiring person, and I feel blessed that I was able to accompany a small part of her creative journey from afar. She entrusted me with mixing and mastering her debut album, and she invited me to sing a verse and the chorus on her single “Phoenix.” I was told that anyone who knew her even a little was immediately touched by her positive and kind spirit.
In moments like these, I am finally grateful for the internet ..without it, we would never have “met.” I will never forget her lyric: “Open your heart to fire.”
Rest in peace. And thank you for reminding us to enjoy every moment to the fullest while truly being ourselves."

Saw these beautiful polar lights on my way home last night. They were caused by the high plasmatic activity of the sun lately. Some flares were so strong you could see the effects in Germany. Never had the chance to see this amazing nature event before.
