Six universities, some incredible talent behind the decks and our fantastic art exhibition await us in EC1 for what will be the biggest night of our season.

CALLING ALL ARTISTS! ⭐️

Our art exhibition is about to return to fabric’s mythical walls for Unity Sound’s 3rd birthday this 18th of January.
In the continuity of our founding ethos focusing on young artists, and creating new collaborative places bringing various communities together, we are looking for artists to participate and create with us.
We would love to see your submissions, whether you’re a photographer, digital artist, painter, sculptor or you practice any other medium which you feel would fit the context. Large pieces are particularly encouraged.
To apply please email your proposal to [email protected] latest by the 15th January. Please include the dimensions and weight of your piece if relevant, and add any support you might need from us on the day.
Costs: while we generally cannot cover all costs, wea re open to discussing support for projects with significant expenses or where lack of dfunds would make you unable to apply.

It’s that time of the year again 🎡
On 18th January, we return to @fabriclondonofficial for a 2-room takeover to celebrate 3 years of Unity Sound.
A huge milestone for us, that we would have never reached had it not been for the constant support of our community and the fantastic student groups that take part in this project.
So let’s get together once again, to groove on the bouncy tunes that will bring room 2 to life and the dark, energetic beats of room 3. Behind the decks, the raw talent of UMS, EMS, KCL DJ Soc, ICL DJs, REMS and Pulse, alongside our residents, are ready to give us a night that will stay in the books.

All this next door to the madness that @raverabbitldn will be bringing to celebrate their 6th birthday in Rm2, with JNJS, Jacob Husley and Tomoya behind the decks.

𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 𝗣𝘂𝗟𝗦𝗘 & 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗦 𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗰
We’re beyond excited to be returning to fabric in just a couple of weeks, this time with something quite new. Over the next months, we will be taking over Room 3 at fabric a couple of times to give the incredible societies that make up Unity Sound the space to showcase their talent. A mini-residency at EC1’s legendary Sunday Night party, where each night two societies get carte blanche to put forward their vision and sound. 🎚
We’re starting on the 23rd November, with @pulseradiolse and @readingems ready to bring down the roof with sounds spanning from techno to bass and breaks, featuring some of their finest selectors. Taking control of Room 3’s booth will be some well-known faces to those who have already been to our nights as well as new ones, with raw materials ( @letho.sikosana ) representing PuLSE alongside fabric debutants lotti ( @charlottemwills ), Green Digger ( @wanna_bannana ) and Two Tone ( @suchirj ), and the return of Pat2Cool ( @pat2cool_ ) for Reading EMS alongside Tobediah Jones ( @tobediahjones )
We cannot wait to share with you what these communities have prepared, and to open the doors of one of London’s electronic music institutions to the raw talent of our societies. 🖤

Unity Sound is back! Our fourth season of bringing together London's student electronic music community begins next Sunday, 26 October at The Light Bar in Shoreditch with a free event to which you’re all invited 🎡
Join the electronic music societies of UCL, LSE, ICL, KCL, Queen Mary and Reading for an evening of music, chatting, dancing and chilling over 3 floors in one of Shoreditch’s most beautiful bars. An occasion for us to meet you, for you to meet us and for our communities to meet each other ahead of what will be our busiest year to date 🎛️
And once we’re done, fancy a free party at fabric? We’ll be heading down to EC1 to keep the night going with the club’s Sunday programming featuring house, techno and much more - free entry for all society members who join us in the evening 😈

Two years ago today, our story began with a sold-out show at @e1ldn . Six committees from six universities, coming together to host their fist event on such a scale. Little did we know that that moment would be the prelude to a long-standing project to strengthen the ties that hold our communities together and showcase their incredible talent.
Fresh from the unforgettable night we hosted at @fabriclondonofficial last Sunday, we’re more committed than ever to continue down this path. Thank you to everyone who has supported us to this day, and cheers to many, many more exciting moments together.
