A little behind the scenes on the creation of my exhaust fab clamps. Here I’m rounding a clamp that I’ve already bent the ends, engraved, welded the capture nut, and chased with a tap. The only steps left are installing the Allen head bolt, cleaning them up, and packaging.
I built this bender out of scrap and it’s worked surprisingly well.
This is just like your local bike night, except it’s during the day and it’s choppers not baggers and no one is gonna ask “you actually ride that thing?” and no one’s grandpa is gonna tell you how he used to have one just like it but it turns out it was actually a Honda rebel.
If this goes well, it might become a regular thing.

New product! Exhaust flanges for shovel and STD style in mild and stainless. They come in an extra beefy 1/4” thickness and have a little bit of adjustability in the bolt holes for fine tuning the fit of the finished pipe. $20 for the shovel and $25 for the STD, available on the site now.
Throwback to June last year right after I finished this bike and @fully_dusted took some photos for me before I left for born free. I can’t wait to put some more miles on it this year!

The pre-order price for the standard matte finish version is $125, but I’m going to have to raise the price to $150 when the pre-order is done, so get in on this now and save some money. These are made out of 7075-T6 aluminum in the USA.
I’m offering them in 48 and 51 tooth versions for 530 chains.
