Summer camp number two!!! Join us on August 17th-21st at @unionhalldevelopment and for one day at the wonderful @westcork_filmstudios for a week of learning all about filmmaking - from writing, acting and directing, to cinematography, lighting, sound and editing. Led by screen director, writer and actor @davidcomahony and screen actress @alibastianinsta .
Students will be taken through the filmmaking process from start to finish. There will be an opportunity to see, handle and use professional equipment. There will be one day held at the studios in Skibbereen including a tour and meeting the owners.
Everyone is involved in the creation of a short film that will be edited and shared (with all relevant permissions) where everyone gets to experience as many roles as they would like. This is a hands on, practical and vocational training week ideal for young filmmakers from 8 upwards; TY students to Leaving Cert students about to start the Film, Theatre and Drama course.
Day passes, early bird and sibling discounts available.
