A few days ago, the Easter Bunny showed up early at Roadogs….We got a massive delivery from @unhide ! Our entire team is so excited.🐰💛 We received 50 dog beds and blankets, and we are just so, so grateful.
There is something really special about seeing a dog leave the shelter and land in a foster home with something soft and cozy waiting for them. So many of our Roadogs come from scary, stressful places, and little comforts like this really do matter. These beds are going to be used, loved, squished, nested in, and are the perfect place for decompression.
We cannot thank UnHide enough for this incredibly thoughtful and kind donation. It means so much to us and to the dogs who are going to get to rest a little easier because of it.
And we also need to give a HUGE thank you to our volunteer Tina and her husband, who absolutely saved the day. The mover showed up with a truck that was way too small, and without hesitation they went and got a big U-Haul so we could get everything moved. Truly rescue is always held together by good people doing whatever it takes.
