Weโre rolling out the Undrafted Team Dashboard, a fully proprietary platform built specifically for our photographers and editors. This isnโt something pulled off a shelf or copied from another newsroom. This does not exist anywhere else in sports media.
We genuinely donโt know of any sports news organization in the world building tools like this for journalists, tools that make managing games, assignments, credentials, and reviews both powerful and fun to use.
Our goal has always been simple. Empower journalists with better tools, remove friction from the process, and make the experience engaging instead of exhausting. This dashboard is a huge step forward in that mission.

In Memoriam: Reggie Hildred ( - May 19, 2025)
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and former colleague, Reggie Hildred. Reggie passed away on the morning of May 19, 2025, after complications stemming from intestinal issues led to cardiac arrest caused by a blood clot. His sudden departure has left a void not only in our hearts but in the creative community he helped nurture.
Reggie was one of the first photographers to join Undrafted when we started covering games back in 2019. From the beginning, his eye for the moment, his commitment to the craft, and his relentless passion for storytelling through the lens made him an irreplaceable part of our journey. Reggie didnโt just take photosโhe captured emotion, movement, and meaning in ways that brought our coverage to life.
His time at Undrafted was instrumental in shaping his path, and we are immensely proud that it helped pave the way to his well-earned position shooting for USA Today. Watching Reggie reach that milestone was a reminder of why Undrafted exists: to elevate talented, dedicated creatives and give them the foundation to chase their biggest dreams. Reggie did exactly that.
Beyond his remarkable work, Reggie was a mentor and a leader. He gave generously of his time and knowledge, helping to guide and uplift the next wave of photographers. His influence will be felt for years to come in the lives and careers he touched.
Reggie was more than a colleagueโhe was family. We are grateful for the years we shared with him, for the lessons he left us, and for the memories he preserved through his lens. He will be missed deeply and remembered always.
Rest easy, Reggie. Your legacy lives on in every frame.
