Luciano Esse is a long-standing figure in the international electronic music scene, active since the early 1990s. After emerging from the Italian underground, he moved to London in 2000, where he developed his artistic identity and performed at key venues such as Fabric, Ministry of Sound, and The End.
He later became a resident DJ at Amnesia Milan and joined the iconic We Love Sundays @ Space Ibiza roster. His sound is rooted in raw techno and house, defined by a driving, stripped-back and underground aesthetic. Alongside his DJ career, Luciano is an established producer with releases on respected international labels including Perc Trax, Suara, and Life & Death.
Saturday 14 February @tunnelclubmilan extended set by LUCIANO ESSE has an expert knowledge of music in all its expression. He started to work in 1990 with “Enjoy Group”, a collective which changed the way house music was perceived in south of Italy. From 1995 till 1999 he worked with “House Essentials” and became one of the best promoters in his region. Year 2000, he joined “The Flame” crew, which is one of the most underground crews in Italy. With The Flame crew he started to have the first contact with decks and vinyls.
