We love Barrio ❤️
Since day one, we have been lucky enough to pour barrios roasts. We will continue to offer batch brew and cold brew at both locations. We understand this is not everyone’s preference, but this is an intentional choice for us. Barrio roast beans daily at their space in the Dairy road precinct, which is also a wonderful cafe space. If you’re after some more beverage options during your visit to Dairy Rd, check them out for a brew ❤️

Hello, a friendly reminder about our Easter hours and pre ordering. Online pre orders are still available for Friday and Saturday.
Order cut off times are as follows,
- Tuesday midnight for Friday
- Wednesday midnight for Saturday
We will be closed on Easter Sunday 5/4 for a rest and be back baking on Wednesday 8/4.
Easter is a busy time at the bakery we kindly ask for your patience with our staff and other customers. Thank you for placing your orders, we look forward to seeing you all ❤️

Our fruity,spicy and buttery Easter buns are available to pre order online! Orders can be placed from now up until Wednesday 1st of April. Please select your preferred collection date before checking out.
We will be open Wednesday, Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Saturday and will close Easter Sunday.

The team will continue to serve ice cold beverages including cold brew, OJ, iced tea, house soda (new one dropping this weekend!) and self serve sparkling/still water (Dairy Rd only). Mawson location will have the full range from this weekend onwards ❤️☀️🧊

This year was by far the most challenging and rewarding year our small bakery has had. The support from the local community, businesses and suppliers has been unbelievable!

2025 brought big moments, including the build of our new Dairy Road space, and we’re so proud of what we have achieved.

CHRISTMAS HOURS
We will be baking from Wednesday to Sunday this week and Wednesday only next week (Christmas Eve). Both shops will be open from 8am-2pm Each day (unless sold out). We will have a Christmas break from the 25/12 to 6/1 re opening both shops on Wednesday 7/1 at 8am. If you would like to pre order fruit mince pies, bread, buns or pastries follow the link in our bio and select your location and pick up date.
