Coming to your doorsteps today. A juicy one. Including the first of the Lincolnshire peonies! Right now Coral and Red Charm are a satisfying berry clash, but once the Coral gets going it will transform into a harmonious antique pink and deep red mix. Running with a gothic berry feel, our Lincolnshire stocks are fresh raspberry pink alongside a colour I’d describe more as raspberry yogurt. We’ve got allium two-ways today - a fluffy, bright purple variety from Lincolnshire and a strong looking white Cambridgeshire variety called Everest. Finishing things off are flashes of bright blue from our Lincolnshire iris, nuzzled in amongst all those delicious berry tones. If you’d like to see how I put this together then I’ll shortly be sharing a reel. As always, can’t wait to see what you do with yours. #showusyourStems #flowerclub

Coming to your doorsteps today. The last of the ranunculus, the first of the allium. You can tell we’re getting into early summer stems when everything starts getting very pink, blue and purple. Whilst pastel Norfolk ranunculus are taking their final bow today (I’m going to miss these guys!) we have the first of the alliums. And Lincolnshire stocks are really getting going now. Whilst many spring stems require a little patience for the full show, stocks are instantly gratifying. And that fragrance… oh my! Green globes of Cambridgeshire snowball viburnum are so fun! Sadly we only have viburnum this week, it did not appreciate the recent wind and was a very short season. Camassia, wiggly panicles made up of blue star-shaped flowers, was grown as part of a trial on the same farm we bunch our flowers on. Cambridgeshire Solomon’s Seal, also in its final week, gives this week’s mix an extra drapey feel. If you’d like to see how I put this together then I’ll shortly be sharing a reel. As always, can’t wait to see what you do with yours. #showusyourStems

Next week will be the last of the Norfolk ranunculus. I’m so sad to see them go, they’ve been spectacular. There’s a couple of Mono Stem boxes left, if you don’t want to miss out. #flowerclub

Coming to your doorsteps today. A spring-summer bridge. And sadly, the last of the tulips. Today’s mix is a fun overlap of spring and summer stems, as we say goodbye to tulips for another year and also make the most of the final Norfolk ranuncs - just one more week left of these! Not one to fade away quietly, this week’s Lincolnshire tulips are the wonderfully vibrant double Shell in red with yellow tips and a very pretty pink double called Vogue which will become lighter over time. I had the new-this-week (and first cropped at the farm!) pale pink stocks in mind when choosing these two varieties. Pastels and fiery reds are such a vibe. Yellow iris, grown under the same roof we bunch our flowers, makes things extra pretty. Also new this week is some really exceptional Cambridgeshire Solomon’s Seal. Long, arched stems of glossy green leaves lined with pretty white bell shaped flowers. And for a bit of fizz, some stems of trial Lincolnshire bupleurum which has also now come to an end. I love this bunch! If you’d like to see how I put this together then I’ll shortly be sharing a reel. As always, can’t wait to see what you do with yours. #showusyourStems #flowerclub

Coming to your doorsteps today. The prettiest mix of late spring stems. In the coming week or two there will be a noticeable shift from spring to early summer flowers (hello peonies), and so I’m really cherishing these final pickings of the early season. Cornish scilla, over already due to the recent bright sun, won’t be back until next year so make the most of these bluebell like flowers. Lincolnshire tulips may have just a couple more weeks left in them, so don’t take these for granted either. It would be hard to, pink Flashpoint (many with multiple heads) and excellent Golden Sun are giving it their all. All being well, ranunculus (this week’s from Norfolk and Lincolnshire) will be around a little while longer. Today we have a pretty mix of peaches, pinks and yellows. I adore the combination of white and yellow iris, which we’re using for the first time together in this bunch. All the more special because they’re grown mere metres from where we bunch our flowers every week. For a bit of pretty green, we have some trial Lincolnshire bupleurum which has been performing really well. Hopefully it will become a permanent crop for our local farm! If you’d like to see how I put this together then I’ll shortly be sharing a reel. As always, can’t wait to see what you do with yours. #showusyourStems #flowerclub

New Mono Stem! Boxes of white iris, grown on the same farm that we bunch our flowers on, just added to the shop. Our beautiful yellow iris has been topped up too (and of course, classic blue). I always love including iris in our bunches, but en-masse it’s really quite extraordinary. Link in bio. #flowerclub

Coming to your doorsteps today. The sweetest mix. Ranunculus, anemones, bluebells! Does it get any better? Both our ranunculus and our anemones were grown on a small family farm in Norfolk. Whilst ranunculus are just gearing up, this is likely the last of the anemones we’ll see in our boxes this year - I’ve been blown away by them! Daffodils also take their final bow today, I think this season has been the most fun I’ve had with them since Uncut Stems began. Excitingly we’ve got the first of the Cornish Scilla, just like bluebells. And, of course, tulips. Until recently the star of the show, tulips now start to make way for other showy flowers but we’ve still got some beauties. Password, a white double with pale yellow stripes (heaven!) is teamed up with the always excellent orange show-off Icoon and classic lilac Candy Prince. All from Lincolnshire, make the most of them as they’re almost done. If you’d like to see how I put this together then I’ll shortly be sharing a reel. As always, can’t wait to see what you do with yours. #showusyourStems #flowerclub

Coming to your doorsteps today. Berries and cream. Just in time for the sunshine! I’m excited about this week’s bunch as we have both British ranunculus and British anemones together, something we’ve not managed to overlap before. Both are from the same lovely farm in Norfolk, and in a mix of beautiful berry and pastel colours. Tulips, now in their final few weeks, are the raspberry and cream double Columbus and muted pink Molto Amata. These are some of the last daffodils too - it’s been such a great season; Lincolnshire Delnashaugh, a peach-cream double and Bridal Crown, a fragrant ruffled cream multi-headed stem. The first of the iris, grown on the same farm we bunch our flowers on, is here this week. I’m excited for these to pop! Some more of that lovely, trial crop statice from just down the road gives us the loveliest flash of electric blue to finish things off. If you’d like to see how I put this together then I’ll shortly be sharing a reel. As always, can’t wait to see what you do with yours. #showusyourStems #flowerclub
