Your favorite ramen’s ramen is back tomorrow! Tsukemen makes its return to the menu at Wash Park for the Summer. Thick, chewy @sunnoodles served with a deep, rich dipping broth mounted with spice, umami, pork belly and scallions. Served with spicy mustard greens and an ajitama egg.
Our 2026 resolution is to give you more ramen! We’re now accepting reservations at Uncle Highlands via Resy. Still lots of room for walk-in guests, but hope this helps our loyal fans plan your visits a bit easier (and more frequently 😃).
Shio Ramen now on the menu at Wash Park! Super clean chicken broth seasoned with a salt based tarè that accentuates the simplicity and complexity of ramen. Served with slow poached yuzu kosho chicken breast, chashu pork belly, fresh garlic, nori and our glowing marinated jidori egg, it might be your new favorite slurping choice.
@unclerestaurant West Wash Park offers sushi and I'm sooo here for it. ✨️ Don't sleep on the Celery Salad – it's surprisingly complex and exciting to discover all the ways they utilize the ingredient. And the Tsukemen.. an absolute must-try!

You can hit either location, but if you're craving sushi to pair with your brothy deliciousness drive to the Wash Park location for your fix.
